Mequon First Floor Remodel

We started this project in January 2024. Construction started on this home at the beginning of June and finished in October! What started as a full gut to the kitchen and the desire to have a new fireplace + bookshelves grew into a renovation of most of the first floor. We painted every surface, refinished the floors, replaced the front and patio doors with new doors, added new lighting to the whole first floor to create drama and highlight the clients wonderful artwork collection. Lighting is SO IMPORTANT. Especially now that the days are becoming shorter and we spend more time cuddled up in front of the fireplace.
